我鼻塞有很多年了。。一到晚上鼻塞的话就难受。。睡觉都睡不好。我知道我患的是鼻中隔偏曲，需要动手术才能康复，我不知道你们对这是否了解。。听说这手术挺细的。还有术后对鼻子外观有没有影响啊？

我今天去医院做了彩超,
检查结果显示:
内膜举重厚约1.2CM,回声欠均;宫颈管内见一囊性暗区大小约0.36*0.22,壁薄,光滑,内透声好,子宫直肠陷窝见液暗区厚约1.6CM,CDFI未见异常.
双附件区见多个囊性暗区,大者左侧探约0.38*0.69CM,右侧探及约0.54*0.46CM,壁薄,光滑,内透声好,后方回声增强.
诊断意见:
子宫内膜增后,欠均,宫颈囊肿,盆腔积液
双附件囊性肿物.
有没什么问题啊?我大姨妈就这几天可能会来,有男朋友.
